I am an independent RV inspector. GCRV Inspections. I was hired by my client to inspect the travel trailer he is interested in purchasing from Omar's RV. I arrived at 8am, so right when they opened. The coach was already set up with water and power and ready for me to get started on the inspection. Omar and I had a great conversation, and he completely understands a customer of his wanting to have an independent inspection. He truly seems to care about his customers. Roy was also great to work with! Very friendly and knowledgeable, and he is the one I dealt with for the arrangements of the inspection and who got the coach ready. While starting a cross country trip we had a spring failure on our cargo trailer. Omar’s went out of their way to repair the problem and identified several others that needed to be addressed. Really can’t say enough good things about the staff and shop.
