Omar's sold our trailer on consignment and also worked on our trailer while we owned it.... We were so happy with Roy the sales guy at Omar's. Roy was polite and thoughtful he took very good care of us. Our trailer sold quickly and that was awesome. The service work we did there was great also. I recomment Omar's Thank you!

Omar’s RV is the best of the best! We have an AIrstream and they fixed the awning quickly and the quality of work was OUTSTANDING! They communicated through each detail and made sure that the repair was perfect. We could not be happier and will use them for any and all Airstream repairs. A breath of fresh air.

We were in the middle of an RV trip when suddenly our coach electrical system went out. No hot water, no lights, and no power to the refrigerator. We honestly thought our vacation was over. Then we called Omar’s RV Parts and Service in Wenatchee, Washington. They told us to come over and said they would do what they could to help. Even though it was a Saturday, they fit us into their schedule. Josué worked tirelessly until he found the problem, fixed it, and got us back on the road enjoying our trip again. Omar, the owner, personally came out to introduce himself and let us know they were happy to help. Roy from RV sales also stopped by, said hello, and even opened the gate for us so we wouldn’t have to back out or unhitch our tow vehicle. What impressed us even more was the bill. Considering the unscheduled Saturday service and the amount of time spent diagnosing the issue, they could have charged so much more. Instead, the fee was incredibly fair. This business truly cares about people. Omar represents the Christian way not just by the fish on the signs and shirts, but by how he and his staff treat others with kindness, honesty, and generosity. If we lived nearby, Omar’s RV Parts and Service would absolutely be our go-to place for all RV service needs. Highly recommend!

Went to another RV repair facility in the Valley. Wanted a second estimate and went to Omar’s. Their estimate was half the cost of the other repair shop. I’m all about saving a few bucks but half the cost, wow. I set up an appointment for the repair (front cap replacement) and a couple other issues. My trailer’s repair was completed on time and and 300.00 under the original estimate. The quality of the workmanship was excellent. I can’t say enough positive things about Omar’s RV repair. I highly recommend for all your RV repair needs.

So, here I was in Wenatchee pulling into an RV park only to discover that the slides on my 5th wheel were largely inoperable due to a damaged hydraulic line. It was 4 o'clock in the afternoon when I phoned Omar's, explained my unenviable predicament, and Jim said that he could make room for me first thing the next morning...even though the business was obviously packed to rafters with RVs. Shockingly, I received a call in less than 4 hours after drop off notifying me that a new hose had been custom made, installed, and I was ready to get back on the road. I could not have imagined an outcome such as this considering that I was staring at a puddle of hydraulic fluid under my RV less than 24 hours earlier, what a relief. Aside from being grateful and impressed with the work they did for me, everyone I spoke with was so kind, helpful, and they are obviously a team oriented business where satisfied customers are job one. Could not recommend these folks more highly for service, and, they have a fantastic offering of RV accessories to browse through and be reminded of what you have been forgetting to buy! Thank you to Omar and Team!
