    Omar and his staff are outstanding! I was having power issues, and even though they were backed up several weeks, they worked us in the same day I called once I explained we were full timers. They diagnosed the problem with our transfer switch, had the part ordered overnight, and had our rv fixed the next day. Memo, the service manager, was awesome to work with as well. The guy at the service/parts counter(sorry, I forgot his name)was excellent to work with. I really appreciate the fact that they all went out of their way to get us back in our rv so fast.
